Called up to ask about tyres on website, they didn't have the ones I enquired about but offered an alternative at the same cost and similar rating, called in and was seen to quickly and efficiently.

My husband's car and my car had a puncture each went to lister tyres which we found on line. The boss must have been having a grumpy day As he was a bit short when my husband spoke to him. Rest of staff were very pleasant and helpful. Price was very good we will return as service was good. If boss is rude he will lose business. No Need to be rude.
