Good doctors let down by one particular receptionist who believes she's the be all and end that's the only reason I didn't give 5stars we all know who she is I pray for the day she speaks to me like she does to other people cos believe me I'll blow her down in flames
I called today and I've now been on hold for over an hour being told I'm in position 1 .... I'm still on hold
Expect to wait at least 10-20 minutes past your appointment time even first appointment's of the day are late... somehow.the staff are pleased to say sorry though, so that's nice.
Fantastic staff from the reception girls to the gp's. Highly recommended especially for families. Handy pharmacy on site which is also open late nights. Fully wheelchair accessible . Free parking lot which often gets busy. Not open weekends.
Good practice overall but seriously let down by a lack of parking. It would be good to see an acknowledgement in the appointments offered for people who work. 11am is a seriously disruptive and inconvenient time of day when you work 25 miles away from Coppull.
