Don't answer the phone, don't call back and don't dispatch on time. Poor!!
Purchased 350gsm card from them, got 300gsm instead, told me it was just the paper type even thou I use the same card all the time. Paper had been cut from SRA3, almost every sheet was a different size so can't be used on our digital printing press. Didn't dispatch until day it was suppose to be delivered. Avoid this company. They are amateurs.
Great for bespoke & bulk paper and card purchasing. A little hard to find in the centre, as the unit numbering is not logical.
Professional & friendly service by all. They helped me out and took the time to go through colours etc with me. Outstanding customer service. I will definitely use them as my new supplier. Thanks again. Amie Jolley
I won't be purchasing from here again. Customer service was good but turn around is poor, ordered over a week ago and was told today my order would be with me today but is still not and I paid for the "express delivery". Pretty disappointing.
